Lactation Consultant Nurse
I provide continuous support, for women and couples, through pregnancy, labour and birth. In addition, I am a certified lactation consultant nurse who provides specialized training on breastfeeding.
I also offer child birth classes to equip moms and partners with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to prepare them for pregnancy, labor and delivery, and early postpartum days.
Birth Doula Services
Birth doulas provide continuous support, for women and couples, through pregnancy, labour and birth and the immediate postnatal time. I offer support to families who are planning all kinds of birth from planned Caesarean, unplanned caesarean, natural birth, etc. As a birth doula, I schedule 1-2 meetings with my clients before delivery (preferably around the 37th  – 38th week) thereafter I will be on call for the client when labor starts till after delivery.
Lactation Services
As a lactation consultant nurse, I focus on the needs and concerns of mother and child during breastfeeding.
I teach mom on how to hold the baby during breastfeeding, how to ensure the baby latches on properly, and different sleeping positions for baby.

Mom Care
Giving birth is a traumatic experience. It is therefore very important for a mom to take care of herself mentally, emotionally and physically. I offer emotionally and psychological support for moms on their road to recovery after delivery.
